The Becker Youth Baseball Association was formed in 2000 to provide a fun, safe, and educational environment for children to promote the America's greatest sport, Baseball. Organized Baseball is more than bats, balls, gloves, and uniforms. It is an opportunity for children to learn the importance of teamwork, character, self-discipline, work ethic, and respect for others that enables them to become leaders and successful individuals of tomorrow through the game of Baseball. We believe that the Becker Youth Baseball Association helps promote a cohesive community that is reflected by the commitment and cooperation of volunteers, parents, and all supporters of Baseball.
The Becker Youth Baseball Association provides the opportunity to any child in the Becker Community to play baseball. We have over 350 kids participating in our program making it one of the larges youth programs in the area. The success and strength of our program rely on your support!
Gerad Hanle led our 13AAA Gopher State team with a pair of wins over Willmar by scores of 9-8 and 15-2 this past week. He pitched 4 perfect innings retiring all 12 batters he faced – 10 of which were strikeouts. He also went 2-4 with 3 walks at the plate in the doubleheader. Gerad continues to show his dominance on the mound and is proving himself as a great hitter. Congratulations Gerad!
Come out to support “Becker Youth Baseball Night” at the Varsity Baseball team take on Wilmar at 4:30pm on Friday May 20th.
There will be prizes, concessions, and activities for kids.
We hope to see you there!
